What To Expect
From a consultation with me
First and foremost, I want you to feel comfortable in my presence. There’s nothing to be nervous about, nothing shocks me and as I’ve already explained, I’ve been there so I know how you’re feeling and there will NEVER be any judgement, just lots of empathy and understanding. You’ll begin by completing an in-depth health and lifestyle assessment (via email) to give me a better understanding of any medical issues, family history, diet, lifestyle, sleep and stress. I will also ask you to complete a food diary which I will analyse prior to our first consultation.

1:1 Meeting
During our first 1:1 meet/zoom we will:
After this initial meeting I will reflect on all the information gathered including your goals, your food diary, your lifestyle and any health issues. I will then create a bespoke personal nutrition plan for you to follow.
This written report will offer feedback on your food diary including easy swaps, things you’re doing well and ways to improve your diet. I will also provide dietary advice to follow in order to meet your goals (including kcal calculations and macro recommendations if relevant to your goal). The report will also include lifestyle recommendations, hydration strategies, movement goals, sleep hygiene advice and stress management strategies.


Once you’re up and running, we will catch up either weekly or fortnightly – whichever suits you best. During these follow ups we will:
