I want you to feel confident that you have the support you need to achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Everyone is different and your goals will be personal to you. That’s why I offer a range of different options. This means you can choose the level of support you might need depending on what you want to achieve.
You might just want a professional to analyse your typical food diary and provide you with detailed feedback, easy swaps, basic nutrition principles that will set you off on the right path. I also offer three-month, six month
and one year programmes with either weekly or fortnightly session to keep you motivated and accountable. The longer programmes are designed to support you in achieving life long change.
Whichever programme you choose, you will get a personal, individualised nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits in with how you (and your family)
want to live. Your plan will likely change and adjust as you progress through the programme and get nearer to your goals – that’s totally fine,
normal and often really exciting!
