I offer two packages designed to support both your short and long-term goals. The 6-week kickstart programme is perfect if you’re just beginning your weight loss or health journey. It provides a clear foundation, helping you to understand how to structure your nutrition around your lifestyle while identifying simple changes that can make a meaningful impact quickly.

Once these foundations are in place, you can choose to continue with my monthly on-going support programme. This offers a more in-depth, personalised approach, helping you to stay accountable, build consistency and create lasting lifestyle changes with continued guidance and support from me.

6-Week Kick Start Programme

The perfect start to your weight loss or health journey! Learn how to make simple but effective improvements to your nutrition that fit around your lifestyle. You’ll build a strong foundation in healthy eating and develop new habits that support lasting results. No extremes, no restriction. Just flexible nutrition that works in the real world.

This package includes:

  • A one-hour 1-1 consultation so I can better understand your current situation and your goals.
  • Detailed food diary analysis.

  • A bespoke written report highlighting key patterns and nutrition strategies that will help you achieve your goals.
  • 60-minute 1:1 consultation (Zoom or phone) to discuss the report and answer any questions you might have.

  • x 6 weekly catch ups (30 mins) either in person or online to make sure you’re on track and making progress.

  • This is a great first step if you’re struggling to lose weight, feel stuck, or don’t know where to start . The report you receive will give you plenty of evidence-based recommendations to make positive changes to your current nutrition that will result in a healthier you. My on-going support will keep you on track and help you to learn how you can adapt nutrition to fit into YOUR lifestyle. No going hungry, no banning favourite foods or drinks. Just healthy, balanced and flexible nutrition.

On-going weight loss/nutrition support

This package offers a more in-depth, structured coaching programme designed to help you achieve long lasting results. Building on the foundations of the 6-week kickstart programme, this is where real, long-term change happens. Together we’ll go beyond the basics, embedding sustainable habits and overcoming the challenges that often hold people back. You’ll receive ongoing guidance, accountability and my personal support in staying consistent as you progress towards your goals. No restriction, no rigid dieting. Just a realistic, flexible approach that will deliver lasting results.

Ideal if you want accountability and support in making permanent and life-long change.

This package includes:

  • A one-hour 1-1 consultation to establish what your current situation is and what your long term goals are.

  • In depth food diary review and analysis.

  • 60-minute follow up consultation to discuss your food diary, health and lifestyle and most importantly what you want to achieve on the programme.

  • A comprehensive report and personalised nutrition plan detailing easy swaps, nutrition strategies, lifestyle advice, hydration, stress management, sleep hygiene advice and any supplement recommendations (if appropriate).

  • 1-hour weekly follow-up sessions to see how you’re getting on and if we need to make any adjustments to the plan e.g. social events or business trips coming up.

  • Greater support directly from me when needed between sessions (email, whatsapp, or voice note during working hours).
