I want you to feel confident that you have the support you need to achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Everyone is different and your goals will be personal to you. That’s why I offer a range of different options. This means you can choose the level of support you might need depending on what you want to achieve.

You might just want a professional to analyse your typical food diary and provide you with detailed feedback, easy swaps, basic nutrition principles that will set you off on the right path. I also offer three-month, six month
and one year programmes with either weekly or fortnightly session to keep you motivated and accountable. The longer programmes are designed to support you in achieving life long change.

Whichever programme you choose, you will get a personal, individualised nutrition and lifestyle plan that fits in with how you (and your family)
want to live. Your plan will likely change and adjust as you progress through the programme and get nearer to your goals – that’s totally fine,
normal and often really exciting!

6-week Kick Start programme

Perfect start to making positive changes with your nutrition, understanding what flexible nutrition looks like (still enjoying life!), and seeing results without committing to a longer programme.

This package includes:

  • A one-hour 1-1 consultation so I can better understand your current situation and your goals.
  • Detailed food diary analysis.

  • A bespoke written report highlighting key patterns and nutrition strategies that will help you achieve your goals.
  • 60-minute 1:1 consultation (Zoom or phone) to discuss the report and answer any questions you might have.

  • x 6 weekly catch ups (30 mins) either in person or online to make sure you’re on track and making progress.

  • This is a great first step if you’re not sure if you’re eating properly or you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed. The report you receive will give you plenty of evidence-based recommendations to make positive changes to your current nutrition that will result in a healthier you. My on-going support will keep you on track and help you to learn how you can adapt nutrition to fit into YOUR lifestyle. No going hungry, no banning favourite foods or drinks. Just healthy, balanced and flexible nutrition.

6 week

On-going Nutrition Support

This package offers a longer, more structured and supportive programme to help you achieve your goals. Building on the 6-week programme, I’ll help you to embed healthier nutrition patterns and see fantastic results from your efforts! These are not short-term changes. This is not ‘going on a diet’. I want to show you how you can still enjoy your lifestyle with making a few changes and adopting a few new habits. No restriction, no missing out on social events, no letting our emotions dictate our choices.

Ideal if you want accountability, support in making permanent change and life-long change.

This package includes:

  • A one-hour 1-1 consultation to establish what your current situation is and what your long term goals are.

  • In depth food diary review and analysis.

  • 60-minute follow up consultation to discuss your food diary, health and lifestyle and most importantly what you want to achieve on the programme.

  • A comprehensive report and personalised nutrition plan detailing easy swaps, nutrition strategies, lifestyle advice, hydration, stress management, sleep hygiene advice and any supplement recommendations (if appropriate).

  • 1-hour weekly follow-up sessions to see how you’re getting on and if we need to make any adjustments to the plan e.g. social events or business trips coming up.

  • Greater support directly from me when needed between sessions (email, whatsapp, or voice note during working hours).
